Have you ever wondered what it’s like to experience elite training? Have you ever wanted to go ‘all in’ on your goals, dreams and personal goals? Welcome to the MCFA High-Performance Program!
Each player entering the MCFA High-Performance Program will receive two formal assessments throughout the year. A verbal assessment including skill level, mastery and areas for improvement will be provided at six months, whilst written assessment will be provided at the close of the year. You will also participate in one Wellbeing event each month Masterclasses with our AUFC first-team players, Phycological workshops, etc.
The Sessions:
International Football legend, Marcelo Carrusca has paired his love of football and playing experience with his skill to create programs that nurture and bring out the best out of every player. Each player in the Academy will follow the Carrusca Method closely. This helps our players to reach their potential in a holistic way. It’s important to us that each player enjoys the session, understands how to connect with the rest of the team and most importantly, feels welcome. We place a strong focus on group development however, we ensure we take the time to support individual growth as well as everyone is different.
MCFA places a strong focus on discipline, healthy habits, respect and resilience. We understand that mistakes are part of the learning process and when coupled with patience and positive encouragement, we watch our students progress at an accelerated rate. This is mark of a great football Academy. This is MCFA.
All sessions will take place at St Clair Oval (Viper FC) with a strict uniform code and promptness to each session expected from all players.
