U7/8 (born 2014 – 2015) at 6 pm to 7 pm

U9/10 (born 2012 – 2013) at 6 pm to 7 pm

U11/12 (born 2010 – 2011) at 7:15 to 8:15 pm

U13/14 (born 2008 – 2009) at 7:15 to 8:15 pm

The player's guardian will be notified of the trial outcome within 14 days of the final trial date. If successful, further information will follow. Thank you for trialling for a position in our MCFA High Performance Program 2022.

I confirm that the Player is physically fit and able to take part in the MCFA trials and apart from any injury, medical condition and illness disclosed above I am not aware of any physical injury, medical condition, illness or other similar impairment to the player's ability to perform the required activities.

I confirm that I understand that while every due care and diligence will be extended to the Player during their participation in the Carrusca Football Academy and while in the care of appointed coaches, there is a risk of physical injury. As the parent and/or guardian of the Player, I voluntarily accept the risk associated with the Player's participation in the academy. I agree to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify Carrrusca Football Academy and their employees and agents from and against any actions, claims, demands, expenses and liabilities howsoever arising from injury, loss or damage arising from my son/daughter's participation in the program.
